Advantages of Decentralization of Web 3.0- Is it all worth it?
The Internet has gone a long way since it first appeared about three decades ago, and with every year that goes by, it gains more power and influences the foundational elements of human culture as we know it. The Internet has become a crucial aspect of our lives nowadays. We hardly know how to picture our lives without it. Our daily lives are now almost entirely connected to the Internet.
Everything is now digital, including e-commerce, shopping, social media, entertainment, education, and healthcare. There is no doubting that the internet of today, or as they refer to it, the web, has its fair share of issues. There is much to be done to improve the Internet’s current state, from privacy issues to centralised data storage.
Fortunately, developers have produced a variety of Web3 versions of the Decentralized Web in an effort to address some of these problems and decentralise them.
